At Jane App, he joined as the fifth employee and helped the company scale into Canada’s leading practice management platform for allied health, supporting tens of thousands of clinics. Over ten years, he built and scaled numerous functions: Operations, People, IT, Analytics, Privacy, Compliance, Security, Facilities and Procurement.
Comfortable in ambiguity and growth, he can coach a leader, shape a team, support a customer conversation, write a business case, respond to an incident, or build the operating system that lets the organization keep moving.

Heidi Martin is a cybersecurity leader and advisor with more than two decades of experience helping technology companies build practical annd effective security programs.
Heidi's expertise spans enterprise and application security, identity management, data privacy, compliance, and incident response, with strategic and technical security leadership roles at organizations including Jane App, Clio, Sephora, Airbnb, LinkedIn, and Apple.
As the founder of Hijinx Security, she has helped growing companies develop sustainable security programs, navigate SOC 2 compliance, and make informed decisions about risk. Heidi combines a deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of people, business, and organizational culture.
